Lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, roof work, etc.Must be able to drive, insurable driving record.At least one (1) year of radio broadcast engineering experience.Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:.Proactively identify potential issues and develop and implement plans to address and resolve potential problems.Maintain user workstations, apply updates, repairs as needed.Ensure that our broadcast signal continues without interruption and complies with FCC regulation.Installs and tests new systems and technical infrastructure for the station.Maintain all broadcast technology and equipment for the station.Microwave data link / STL systems connecting studio with towers.Maintain and repair Nautel transmitter, BE transmitters.This position will be the primary contact for technical needs, including: El Dorado Broadcasters, LLC has an immediate opening for a Chief Engineer to work in our Victor Valley, CA operations.
